About Me
EVERY THERAPIST LEADS A DOUBLE LIFE. TO HIS CLIENTS he is a companion on the road from disillusion to strength – an interpreter, a guide, sometimes a friend, sometimes a friendly adversary, but always a companion. To the world in general, however, he is something quite different. He works as a detective, tracking down every aspect of human nature in search of some final understanding. Who are we? What makes us love, hate, care, deceive, or trust? Every case history he builds represents another set of clues to this central mystery.
Dr. Morris Netherton
Originally from the UK, Rachel is now living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. After 10 years of exciting adventures whilst residing in Dubai, UAE, a new chapter began with the relocation to Vietnam in 2017. The move was made with her husband Darryl - her childhood sweetheart who she met at the age of 15 years old - and their three cats who had chosen to be adopted by them from the streets of Dubai (anyone who has cats will understand this part)!
Rachel’s work is her passion. It is not what she does – it is who she is. The foundation of her own life journey and evolution is immersed within the amazing modalities she works with.
Career History
With a background spanning 20+ years in corporate management; across hospitality, real estate, client management and also the beauty industry - a vocational ‘calling’ in 2010 changed all of that for Rachel!
Now, as a busy practicing therapist and workshop facilitator, she has experienced that the world we all live in is wider and deeper than people usually think. She has extensively studied with some of the world’s leaders in subjects from the science of the mind to soul evolution - in the UK, Dubai, The Netherlands and Bali; whilst working in the UK, Dubai, and now Vietnam. Rachel’s work is unique in SEA.
After training in many modalities such as Reiki, Life Coaching, Coaching for Adults with ADHD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Crystal Healing and Energy Healing - Rachel fell in love with the beautiful art-forms that are Transpersonal Regression Therapy and Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Modalities that are arguably at the cutting edge of self-development & life mastery, as they encompass the incredible complexities of life and offer a way for clients to bring deep personal transformation - regaining their own free mind, free body, free spirit and free soul.

Work Principles
Rachel’s work is very creative and her work encompasses the duality and paradoxes of life! We are all faced with these 'contradictions' in every day life - Mind & Body, Science & Spirituality, Matter & Energy, - and we can certainly feel challenged by them as we work to create balance and equanimity!
Personal experience, and a critical mind with a natural tendency for logic and reason, Rachel has found that it is possible to be both spiritual and down-to-earth - exploring both our 'human-ness' and also those parts that transcend the physical.
Whilst she is extremely open-minded to all possibilities, Rachel refrains from metaphysical speculations, counterbalancing the spiritual with an approach that is as precise and methodical as possible - bringing sense and understanding to even the most complex matters.
She knows the best results for her clients comes from a vigilant balance of both intuition and intellect.
