Areas of Work
Rachel’s work takes her into 4 main areas where the core of issues are formed in such ways as
belief systems, emotional blocks, rules of life, strategies and perceptions.
The Present Life
This work includes the apparently forgotten early years of childhood. Unhelpful patterns can originate from early childhood and formative experiences.
Those forgotten experiences contain emotional wounds that were never healed or triggered persistent half-conscious convictions. Such programs (“character traits”) only change when we understand how they were caused and why we have held on to them.
The Time Between Conception and Birth
Many of our beliefs are due to parental and ancestral imprints that are created before birth. Thus, one comes into the world with certain beliefs and patterns which work as filters throughout our life. Also, our personality traits and physical & emotional patterns and issues, can be traced to experiences that we had while in the mother’s womb and also during the process of birth.
Previous Lifetimes
Everything we experience is via the physical body and our senses. The Soul needs a body to process experiences and discharge the ‘bad stuff’. So what is not discharged in one lifetime, the Soul will incarnate that into the body in another lifetime in order to complete the work! Past Lives are enriching experiences that gives us a unique and higher perspective. It is a process for erasing the effects of the incidents of the past, so that we can learn to fully live and flourish in the present.
The Period Between Death and the Next Birth
Often referred to as Life Between Lives. This inter-life experience takes you beyond the Ego Mind and gives you many life-enhancing insights. Enlightenment ensues when you personally experience a more complete perception of who you really are as the sum total of your past lives, the collaboration of your soul with other souls, the connection with guides and teachers, and understanding what you are learning now.
From the LBL space we access the Life Review including: the Death Experience, Evaluation of the Lifetime, Conclusions, and Planning (where many decisions are made about our next incarnation).
