TRANSPERSONAL REGRESSION
THERAPY (TRT)

THE QUEEN OF ALL THERAPIES

Transpersonal Regression Therapy: Services

A unique and profoundly effective technique that transcends beyond Hypnotherapy, Inner Child Therapy and Past Life Therapy. TRT encompass a vast spectrum of lifes’ realities and patterns to uncover the deepest issues that other therapies simply cannot access.

TRT traces experiences of a past reality that appear to still carry consequences in the present. Conflicts from the past and the patterns resulting from perceived traumatic experiences can distort your physical, emotional and mental well-being.

At times of trauma, an aspect of our soul or consciousness can fragment off, protecting us from pain at the time, but limiting wellness and evolution until it can be healed and integrated again. It is as if a part of us is still lost in the past and cannot move on. Stress, tension and lack of vitality or drive may accompany this state.

Regression therapy is specialised in processing traumas: dissolving and discharging stressful states of being, loosening and digesting stuck emotions and restoring lost memories.

It is based on two radiantly simple premises.

The first premise is that nothing falls out of the blue. Every problem started somewhere. If we find out where, when and how, we can do something about it. Those forgotten experiences contain emotional wounds that never healed or triggered persistent half-conscious beliefs that only change when we understand how they were caused and why we have held on to them.

As our current situation is usually different from then, we are older and more experienced now, revisiting/reliving the original situation creates both understanding and distance.

The second premise is that time doesn’t heal all wounds - especially no wounds that we keep on scratching. Then it is less about how it began and more about how we continue to maintain the pattern. If we understand why we do that, we can start doing something about the wound.

Of course, it is not about re-collecting more. It is about understanding, digesting, and integrating these fragmented pieces through the therapeutic process; bringing true healing and transformation

The first recorded Age Regression was recorded in Spain in 1888, and the first Past Life Regression was recorded in France, 1911 by Albert De Rochas. The birth of the field of modern day regression therapy was in 1978 with the approach developed by Dr. Morris Netherton.
