PRE-NATAL & BIRTH
It is said that a fetus has a memory of all that it absorbs and experiences while in the mothers’ womb. Many of our beliefs are due to parental and ancestral imprints that are created before birth. We can find that what we believed as our ‘life rules’ do not belong to us but something we may have picked up unknowingly, or knowingly, from our parents or the environment. As a result of this, many of our personality traits and physical & emotional patterns & issues can be traced to experiences that we had while in the mother’s womb and also during the process of birth.
Emotional and physical issue such as feelings of loss, alienation, betrayal, rejection, loneliness, isolation, grief, relationship issues, separation anxiety, panic attacks, depression, claustrophobia, paranoia, asthma, headaches and sinus problems, and many others can be traced back to the traumas surrounding birth and pre-birth times.

INNER CHILD WORK
As children we perceive events that are traumatic to us, whether this be the devastating judgment of our parents, physical / mental abuse, or feelings of abandonment to name a few. In those moments we withdraw into ourselves and no longer want to be physically present, and so we disassociate from our lives. Whole parts of who we are become locked into the trauma, and sometimes, the best of who we are is left behind in the past. We call these frozen parts of our personality our Inner Children.
They are parts of us that are split off from the adult personality, and if you let yourself remain fragmented, you mistreat yourself. When working with Inner Children we often find them to be stuck in reluctance, bewilderment, lack of motivation for life, and fear. This work is touching and life-changing.

PERSONALITIES & SUB-PERSONALITIES
THE HOLOGRAPHIC SOUL
Sub-personalities are parts of our self that manifest themselves as separate personalities with their own agendas and intentions, usually as a result of trauma. The Inner Child is the most common Sub-Personality.

WAR TRAUMA
PTSD & PTSS
Reliving the trauma is not how we heal the horrors of war. Our intention and focus is one of becoming whole again. Of regaining what has been lost - as in times of war, so much is lost. Family, brothers-in-arms, body parts, home, voice, time, identity, autonomy, humanity, kindness, and safety.
And when so much is lost, the reality of those life experiences can very often cause the soldier to fragment - where parts of get left behind, stuck, or lost - leaving the person less than whole. And when we are fragmented, we are more susceptible to dis-ease on many levels including our physical body, our thoughts and our energies. In this shattered state, it creates feelings of helplessness, fatigue, confusion, uncertainty, betrayal, guilt, shame, fear, panic, and terror. This can overspill into the family dynamics - husbands, wives, loved ones, children can feel and be effected by the heaviness of the energetic field that is brought home – no matter how hard we try not to.
Soldiers also often return from war carrying energies that do not belong to them, and unknowingly continue to live impacted by these energies. Perhaps those of comrades lost in battle, or worst still, those belonging to the enemy – resulting in the part of the person that remains the ‘soldier’, in a war that is still being fought.
In contrast, our power, happiness and fulfillment is one of integration and presence. Of being whole. So, we will retrieve and integrate what belongs to us, what we lost or what was taken from us. Then releasing what is not ours, or what no longer serves us. Stabilising and strengthening our internal world – our minds, our energies. Freeing ourselves and our families from the trauma - and finally laying the past to rest.
We also work with the same integrity for those with PTSD/PTSS that is not the result of war trauma, but of another equally fragmenting traumatic experience(s).
