Blavatsky formally defined the higher self as “Atma the inseparable ray of the Universe and oneself". Its basic premise describes an eternal, omnipotent, conscious, and intelligent being, who is one’s real self.
This meditation is aimed at harnessing high vibrational energy from one’s own “Higher Self”. This energy can be downloaded into the human system through the technique which can be experienced in this meditation and can then be channelized or directed at the fulfillment of any personal, professional or career-oriented goal.

The primary function in life is ACTION. In the After-Life the primary function is CONTEMPLATING & REFLECTION
This is Life Retrospect – the Life Panorama. This is a time that we reflect on the life we have left behind, to see things from a different perspective as the mind is much clearer after life. The goal of any lifetime is to turn a profit – that on the day of reflection of the life lived, there are more dharmic credits than karmic debts. What is the balance?
In the inter-life; personal guides and teachers are ready to guide each one of us through and between each life. This session enables us to access the wisdom and insights and gives us further clarity of our present life and the patterns that are unfolding.
You will move closer to a state of enlightenment - gaining a more complete perception of who you really are as the sum total of your past lives, the collaboration of your soul with other souls, and what you are learning now.
With this comes a sense of the eternity of the soul, and an end to the fear of physical death. The beauty of the experience leaves the client with a sense of bliss and wonder, where as you move beyond the physical and experience the unbound and limitless - it enables one to get answers for many of their present life issues, clarity about things that overwhelm & control them. Then understanding the life purpose allows us to 'join the dots' on many of the apparently coincidental experiences of our present life journey.
Experiencing a lifetime without reflection is limiting – there is no learning and development. It is in the reflection that the unwise become wise - and if we refuse to become wise, then we remain foolish! Not looking creates fateful consequences and its own type of destiny.
EXPLORING THE LIFE PLAN & LIFE PURPOSE
This is the Soul’s focus. After the learnings (or not!) of the Life Between Lives we set the Life Plan & Life Purposes for our next incarnation. Dependent on the book-keeping of the liabilities of negative karma vs the assets of dharma (positive karma) we plan what we will take with us into our next incarnation.
It is about capital formation. It is about soul growth and collecting spiritual wealth such as:

Empathy, love & compassion
Strength, responsibility & independence
Health & vitalizing energy
Connection & friendship

There are key indicators in the planning of a lifetime:
